How it works
1. Pick your pixels
Drag anywhere on the million-pixel grid or click for a 5-pixel strip. Your price is simply pixels × $1.
2. Make it yours
Add your social handle and/or an image — or stay anonymous. Your handle links to your profile; without an image, an avatar fills your pixels with your social logo in the corner.
3. Pay the foundation directly
Pledge collects your donation and routes it to the foundation you chose — Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. Foundations receive your full pledge (tips to Pledge are optional); you never go through us.
The fine print
- $1 per pixel · Minimum 5 pixels ($5) · Maximum 10,000 pixels per block (100×100)
- Pledge is a donor-advised fund; donations are regranted to the selected foundation. We never touch the money. Pledge takes no cut — it's funded by optional donor tips and covers processing on gifts up to $1,000.
- Pixels go live immediately upon claim. Donors receive tax receipts directly from the foundation.
Why?
Hi there,
In 2023, my son was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. Since then, so many people have worked incredibly hard to help him, and he's doing fairly well now.
This project is my way of paying that back. The idea is borrowed from the Million Dollar Homepage, turned into something good: a million pixels at $1 each, every dollar flowing straight to pediatric cancer foundations across the US and Canada. I take nothing. The site is a pure pass-through, and your donation goes directly to the foundation you choose.
Claim a few pixels, leave your mark, and help kids like my son.
